90 Days Warranty
We’ve expertly reconditioned every item in our inventory, so problems are rare. Everything will be up to as-new manufacturers’ standards before it leaves our site.
However, all our items are also backed by a full 90-day part and labour warranty. The warranty is comprehensive and covers any defects in material or workmanship for a full 90 days.
Service Contracts
If you’ve got existing equipment you’d like us to help cover, we also offer our own service warranty option. Ask today about our repair services so you can make sure everything is covered.
Returns and Refunds
At SIB SCI, we offer a comprehensive 14-day return policy (from the date of delivery).
Our full guarantee means you can return any item for any reason, as long as it is unused and is sent back in the same condition you received it. You’ll need to have proof of purchase, but once we’ve received your item we’ll notify you before refund to your original payment method upon approval.
